The surroundings are peaceful, close to the forest and amenities. Rooms are clean, bright, and have comfortable beds. Friendly and honest owner provides great hospitality. Limited room service due to being a Home Stay. Good WiFi available.

best stay in shillong so far. prince was amazing, anticipated needs. clean room, good wifi, excellent hospitality at heemstede. cons: limited room service availability.

the hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a residential area, right by center of city, shillong during the border tensions with assam and the market place. the location was nice, the staff were amiable.

The room with a balcony and mountain view was so cozy and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Prince and the staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home.
I personally wished for more toiletries, but others might not mind!

My room was wonderful and excellent with a balcony, king-size bed, and great value for money. The location was favorable - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. The area was peaceful and provided a cozy base for me.

I loved my stay at this newly built property near the Reserve Forest area in Shillong. The rooms were clean with nice views, and the owner was incredibly helpful. the location is a bit challenging to find, and food options are limited. The staff could be more active and responsive, but the hospitality was excellent. The room had a clean toilet, comfortable bed, and good WiFi, with beautiful surroundings. Despite some issues with location and amenities, it was a great value for money.
